Detail Itinerary

Day 1 Kathmandu Arrival

Your Arrival Time (?) Our representative will meet and greet you at Kathmandu Airport and transfer you to your hotel.

At. 06:00 PM: We will give you a short briefing about your tour program. If you are arriving late (after 4 PM) then we will have a briefing the next morning at 09:00 AM. If any payment is due, then it will be collected during the briefing time.

Day 2 Kathmandu Sightseeing (Full Day)

At. 09:30 AM: After your breakfast visit for a full-day sightseeing of Pashupatinath Temple, Jal Narayan Temple, Patan Durbar Square and Banglamukhi Temple. All these attractions are UNESCO-listed world heritage sites. Once you complete your sightseeing we will drop your back to your hotel in Kathmandu. 

Pashupatinath temple is the largest and holiest shrine for Hindus. This temple, situated on the bank of the Bagmati River was built in the 5th century There are around 492 temples, 15 Shivalayas (shrines of Lord Shiva) and 12 Jyotirlinga (phallic shrines) to explore. No entrance fee is charged for SAARC nationals to enter the temple. Although only Hindus are allowed to enter the temple, visitors can clearly see the temple and the activities performed on the temple premises from the eastern bank of the Bagmati river.

Jal Narayan Temple which is dedicated to Lord Vishnu is also called Budhanilkantha. It is located 9 km north of the main city. The statue of sleeping Lord Vishnu seems like it is floating on the water.

Patan Durbar Square is 5 km southeast of Kathmandu. Major temples are Krishna Temple, Taleju Temple and  Bhimsen Temple. Some places to explore there are Patan Museum, Mahaboudha, Kumbeshwor, Keshave Naryan, Vishwanath and Chyasin Dewal and Sundari Chowk.

Baglamukhi is one of the famous temples of Devi ( Goddess ) in Kathmandu. The temple of Baglamukhi is situated in Patan (Lalitpur). There are various other small temples inside the Baglamukhi temple premises. People visit this temple mainly on Thursdays as it is considered the day of Bhagwati.

Day 3 Fly to Lumbini (Lumbini Sightseeing)

At. 09:00 AM: After breakfast, you will drive to Kathmandu airport and take fly to Lumbini. 

At. 11:00 AM: After reaching Bhairahawa airport, our representative will pick you up and take you to the Lumbini. In Lumbini, you can see the Mayadevi temple, Ashok Pillar, Bodhi Tree, World Peace Pagoda and several attractive Monasteries. To explore the cultural site inside either you have to walk or you can take an ​​e-rickshaw which charges NPR 1000. 

At 05:00 PM: Drive back to Bhairahawa for your night stay. 

Day 4 Fly to Pokhara (Pokhara Sightseeing)

At. 10:00 AM: Today you will fly to Pokhara from Bhairahawa.

At. 11:30 AM: After arriving in Pokhara via flight from Bhairahawa, you will go for a half day of sightseeing in Pokhara which includes Gupteshwor Mahadev Cave, Devi's Falls, Bindhyabasini temple, Barahi Temple and Fewa Lake. We suggest you experience a short boating excursion in Fewa lake.

David's Falls: David's falls is an amazing waterfall in Pokhara Valley which is nearly 500 feet long and runs 100 feet below ground level. It is also known as Patale Chhango which means the underwater world. According to local old people, On 31st July 1961, a swiss couple Davi went swimming but the woman drowned in a pit. Since that day the place is known as David's falls.

Gupteshwor cave: Gupteshwor Mahadev Cave, one of the longest caves in Nepal is nearly 3km long. There are some walls dripping water inside the cave and about 40m in, we can see the statue of Lord Shiva. Gupteshwor Mahadev Cave is near David's falls.

Bindhyabasini Temple: Bindhyabasini temple is situated on the hilltop and 3000m from sea level. This religious place of Hindus living in the Pokhara region is devoted to the goddess Durga. Goddess Durga which is also known as Kali Mata is the symbol of a bloodthirsty goddess. Many people come here to worship and sacrifice animals.

Phewa Lake and Barahi Temple: Beautiful Lake Phewa  is the second largest lake of Nepal. It covers an area of about 4.43 sq km with an average depth of about 8.6m, maximum water depth is 19m.  The reflection of Mount Annapurna can be seen on Phewa lake. Another attraction of this lake is Barahi Temple made in pagoda style, which is an island in the middle of Phewa lake.

Day 5 Fly to Jomsom - Drive to Muktinath Temple

At. 06:00 AM: You will take an early flight to Jomsom from Pokhara. After reaching Jomsom, check-in at the hotel. You will have a drive to Muktinath. After visiting the Muktinath temple, you will drive back to the Jomsom for the night stay. 

Important Note: After getting off the jeep from Jomsom, you have to walk up for 30 minutes to reach the temple from Jeep park. You can hire a pony on your own which costs INR 600 for a two-way ride.

Situated 35 Km northeast of Jomsom, Muktinath temple is dedicated to Lord Vishnu. It lies at an altitude of 3750M and offers a mindblowing trans Himalayan beauty in the district of Jomsom. The temple of Muktinath is a pagoda-shaped temple surrounded by 108 water sprouts and 2 holy ponds. 

While religious beliefs are the major reason for pilgrims to visit Muktinath temple, it is also remarkably known for the diverse geographical spectrums and wonderful settlement from where you can see the astounding Himalayan views. Taking a bath in the icy-cold holy pond at Muktinath is believed to wipe off all the sins and liberate. A glimpse of Muktinath is believed to bring good fortune to life and salvation of the soul to get rid of the cycle of birth and rebirth.

Day 6 Fly to Pokhara - Fly to Kathmandu - Bhaktapur Sightseeing

At. 07:00 AM: In the early morning, you will fly back to Pokhara. You will have a connecting flight from Pokhara that will take you back to the Kathmandu valley.

Important Note: The weather condition of Jomsom decides the flight status, if your flight is canceled today, we will arrange the land transport for you which is the equivalent of the flight ticket cost up to Pokhara. The road condition is mixed, Ghansa to Beni (40 KM) is completely off road and Beni to Kushma (25 KM) is under construction. While returning by driving you have to pay a TIMS permit fee (INR 400 Per Person) on the way at the checkpoint.

At. 11:30 AM: Check in at your hotel and after a short refreshment visit for a full-day Bhaktapur sightseeing, during the sightseeing you will visit the Bhaktapur Durbar Square, Doleshwor Mahadev and  Kailashnath (Tallest Mahadev Statue). Once your sightseeing is over we will drop you back to your hotel.

Bhaktapur Durbar Square which is also known as Bhadgaon has 4 major squares: Durbar Square, Taumadhi Square, Dattatreya Square and Pottery Square. Some of the major attractions are Lu Dhoka (The Golden Gate)'' which is said to be the most beautiful and richly molded specimen of its kind in the entire world, The Palace of 55 windows and Dattatraye Temple along with some other small temples.

Doleshwor Mahadev is a hindu temple dedicated to Lord Shiva. It is  located at the south eastern Part of Bhaktapur district Which is also believed to be the head part of Kedarnath located in Uttarakhand, India.

Kailashnath Mahadev Statue is the tallest statue of lord Shiva which is located in Sankhu, 20 km from Kathmandu. The statue is 144 feet (44 m) in height, and was made using copper, zinc, concrete, and steel.

Day 7 Fly to Janakpur - Back to Kathmandu

At. 08:00 AM: Have your breakfast at the hotel in Kathmandu and start your drive to Kathmandu airport to fly to Janakpur. It takes 30 minutes of flight to reach Janakpur. Our representative will pick you from Janakpur airport and drop you to the Janaki temple. Visit around Janaki temple, Vivah Mandap, Ram Mandir and Dhanush Sagar.

At. 04:30 PM: Drive back to Janakpur airport and fly to Kathmandu. We will transfer you to the hotel in Kathmandu.

Day 8 Transfer To Airport

You will be free till your flight time, we will transfer you to the Kathmandu airport 3 hours before on time to board your outbound flight. (30 mins drive)
